Thank you for your purchase. I hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may qualify for a refund. Please see below for more information on my return policy.

Refund Process

To receive a refund, please email support@michellereneemiller.com. If your request is eligible for a return, I will process your return within seven (7) business days. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit or debit card statement, depending on the company or bank. I will notify you via email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

Digital Downloads

Any item that is automatically sent to you via email for download cannot be returned. This is because of the nature of downloadable products. It’s not possible for you to return a digital download, so no refunds will be given for digital downloads.

Courses

You may get a refund for courses within two (2) weeks of the course’s start date. If a course does not have an official start date, you can get a refund within two (2) weeks of gaining access to the course material. After the two (2) weeks you are no longer eligible for a refund for a course. With the refund, you will lose access to the course material and any private communities that paying members have access to.

Memberships

You may cancel your membership at any time. However, due to the nature of my membership and the access you have to content while your membership is current, there will be no refunds for memberships.

Items with a Purchasing Cap

If an item is only available to a certain number of purchasers, then no refunds will be given. For example, if a course has an option to buy a coaching package, but only 5 students can buy that coaching package, then no refunds will be given to those 5 purchasers.

Independent Coaching Packages

Coaching packages not attached to the purchase of a course come with their own contracts, so please review the details of your contract for more information on refunds.
